Developing an enterprise training system in the Australian meat industry
This booklet has been developed to provide advice and guidance for meat enterprises considering introducing, or extending the range of accredited training into their workplace. The booklet provides an overview of the Australian national training system, advice on how to prepare and structure a training program that suits both enterprise and individual requirements, how to select a Registered Training Organisation and hints on how to integrate and continuously improve the company training system. In addition it provides details of the training available for a wide range of occupational areas in the Australian meat industry.
