MINTRAC's Training Provider of the Year 2010 Meat Training Australia (MTA) is an award-winning business arm of South West TAFE that delivers accredited training to Australia's meat industry. Judged by MINTRAC in 2010 as the National Industry Training Provider of the Year, our training programs cover smallgoods, meat processing and meat retail. MTA offers a range of qualifications from Certificate I to Certificate IV, and also delivers industry-specific short courses. A feature of our training programs is that employees and managers do not have to leave the workplace, we come to you. Our training and support staff are skilled, qualified and experienced, and will work with you to maximise your training outcomes. Training resources can be customised to suit individual learning styles, education levels and cultural basckgrounds.
