Retail Meat Processing - Training on the job

GOTAFE's Meat Processing unit provides on-the-job training and assessment of meat processing apprentices and staff including retail butchers apprentices. Advantages to both the employer and the apprentice include:

  • Apprentices trained in the use of plant and equipment installed on site, rather than generic instruction
