Although the materials acknowledge the wide variety of wild game harvested within Australia, the focus of the materials is primarily on kangaroo harvesting since that that is the largest commercial wild game harvesting industry in Australia. RTOs using this kit should be aware that additional customisation will be required when working with other types of wild game. The kit consists of trainer's notes, trainee notes and sample assessment tools, as well as a training CD. In the second edition, the kit materials have been updated to reflect the changes made to the Units of Competency, Assessment Requirements and Training and Assessment materials when the Training Package moved from MTM to the AMP version.
